Shimano Trevala Butterfly Jigging Rods

The highly innovative Shimano Trevala Jigging rod series is designed to be fished with the deadly Shimano Butterfly® jigs, which were developed from an extremely productive Japanese-style jigging system. The powerful, lightweight and light-action Trevala rods optimize the performance of Butterfly jigs, and are intended to be used with high speed, high power reels (such as a Shimano Trinidad® Narrow or Stella®).

Shimano's proven TC4 Construction is a key feature of Trevala jigging rods. The sensitivity from the wrapped graphite helps anglers feel every movement of the Butterfly jig and every movement of the fish, while the inner and outer wrapped T glass provides the needed durability from the direct fight with the fish.
